MENLO PARK, Calif., May 24 2022 – A leading people and human resource (HR) executive search firm serving U.S. and global clients, Frederickson Partners, has joined global insurance and consulting firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG). Frederickson will become part of the growing Talent & Leadership Advisory team and Gallagher Executive Search practice within Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting business line.
The Frederickson team will continue to be led by Valerie Frederickson, Tom Wilson, Beth Ann Namey, Benjamin Taylor, and the existing leadership team. Valerie Frederickson will report to Scott Hamilton, Global Managing Director of Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting business line.
