RECENT EXECUTIVE MOVES AND PROMOTIONS

• Acclara welcomed Irene Hendricks as the company’s new Chief People Officer. Hendricks brings a wealth of HR leadership experience to Acclara, having most recently served as CPO at PayJoy. Previous roles include CPO at DailyPay, and leadership roles at companies such as Guardian Life, Mastercard, General Electric, Procter & Gamble and American Express.
• Udemy appointed Genefa Murphy as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer. Murphy brings over 15 years of experience to Udemy and recently worked as CMO at Five9. Previously, she served at Micro Focus as Senior VP and CMO. Murphy was also part of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise team during a 10-year tenure and held various managerial and leadership roles. • Trilogy Health Services appointed Wendy Dowd as their new Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer. Dowd joins from Guardian Life where she served as Chief Talent & Experience Officer. Prior to Guardian Life, Dowd worked at Humana during a 12-year tenure, where she held various leadership roles within the HR and Talent Management areas. (Announcement)
• Marqeta announced the appointment of Karna Crawford as Chief Marketing Officer. Bringing over 20 years of experience, Crawford most recently served at Ford Motor Company as the Head of US Marketing. Prior roles include Head of Consumer Activation Strategy & Media at Verizon, Head of Marketing Strategy at JPMorgan Chase, and marketing managerial roles at The Coca-Cola Company and MillersCoors. • Visa welcomed Chris Suh as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Suh brings exceptional finance experience to Visa having most recently served as EVP, CFO at Electronic Arts. Suh spent most of his career at Microsoft, where he worked for a total of 25 years and held finance leadership roles, most recently CVP and CFO of Cloud + AI. (Announcement)
• Veeam Software welcomed Kacy Hassack as its Chief People & Culture Officer. Hassack joins from Indeed.com where she recently served as Vice President of Global HR. Prior to Indeed, she worked at Amazon Web Services for seven years and help Director of HR roles in a couple different areas. Additionally, Hassack served during a 13-year tenure at Dell Inc. in HR leadership and managerial roles. (Announcement)
