Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), a mission-driven and values-led community of staff, tenants, community members, partners, fellow nonprofits, donors, and volunteers working together to build a future with economic and racial equity, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Chief People Officer (CPO) search.
The CPO will design, develop, communicate, and execute a powerful human resources strategy that will continuously and successfully attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-level talent to support the TNDC mission. The role will report to the TNDC CEO, maurilio león, and work out of their offices at 201 Eddy Street in San Francisco.

Today, over 6,300 people are housed across 45 buildings and in a few years TNDC will reach over 10,000 people.
