Synaptics, Developer of Human Interface Hardware and Software, Hires Caris Feng as Director Human Resources Operations and Compensation

Synaptics, a semiconductor company combining human interface with Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to engineer exceptional experiences, has appointed Caris Feng as Director Human Resources (HR) Operations and Compensation. Synaptics partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.

In her role as Director HR Operations and Compensation, Caris will be responsible for defining the strategy and operationalizing the end-to-end broad-based compensation strategy and HR operations and systems. In this key leadership position, she will help drive and scale the HR processes of the organization as it grows. She will report to the Vice President, Global Talent Rewards, Sudha Bhat.

Caris joins Synaptics from Roblox, where she served as Senior Manager, Compensation. There she led the companywide annual salary and equity review program and supported business leaders and HRBPs. Prior to Roblox, Caris worked at Cloudera as Senior Manager, Total Rewards, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders with compensation decisions and strategies.

Feng’s earlier positions include Compensation Program Manager and Compensation and Benefits Analyst at eBay Inc. She holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance and Consulting from University of California, where she also earned a Faculty Fellowship Award.
