In this position, the executive will be responsible for developing a long term “total rewards” strategy outside of Japan that will attract, motivate, and engage Rakuten’s talent in companies as it continues to expand. The leader will oversee the strategy for compensation, influencing its implementation, review, and the overall embedding of and compliance with the strategy.
