Pure Storage, a company redefining the storage experience and empowering innovators by simplifying data consumption and interaction, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Senior Director of Talent Acquisition (TA), Research and Development (R&D) search.
The executive will have the opportunity to work both remotely and out of Pure’s headquarters in Mountain View, California. The incumbent will join as an extended member of the R&D Leadership team, and be critical in leveraging the company’s business direction and longer-term talent objectives, as well as relevant external talent trends, to localize and adapt TA strategy for healthy growth in all three of its centers. This leader will join a seasoned leadership team ready to globalize their pursuit of excellence across Global TA in all functions.
