Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider, has hired Frederickson Partners for their Vice President (VP), Global Head of Talent Acquisition (TA) and Recruiting Operations search.
The VP, Global Head of TA and Recruiting Operations at Proofpoint will own and drive the strategic alignment of Proofpoint’s recruiting functions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the leader will work in partnership with executive leadership, the broader human resources team, and business leaders to design, deliver and execute staffing plans and programs. He or she will serve in a leadership and brand ambassador role promoting Proofpoint’s global employment brand in the tech industry. This is a REMOTE position with travel as needed to the headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.
