Profisee, one of Atlanta’s Top Places to Work and a global provider of enterprise data management software, has appointed Carrie Leneau as Vice President (VP) of People Operations. Profisee partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In her role as VP of People Operations, Carrie will develop a People strategy focused on driving Profisee’s world-class employee engagement and collaboration to even greater heights, as well as promoting organizational effectiveness and talent development with and through senior management. She will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Len Finkle.
Carrie joins Profisee from Verizon, where she served as Head of People Operations for Visible, Verizon’s digital only brand. In this role, she was promoted to lead a team of geographically distributed Human Resources Business Partners that are accountable for strategic workforce planning, employee relations counseling, compensation review and analysis, employee orientation, training, interviews and exit processes. She guides executive leaders in strategic planning, policy guidance and interpretation, performance reviews, leadership coaching, promotions and other People activities. Carrie holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. She also holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a Minor in Communications and Business Administration from Clemson University.
