The executive will be based in Oakland, CA and will report to the CEO. This diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader will be a change agent with the ability to influence and promote a culture of learning and innovation by facilitating the development of the organization’s DEI strategic plan. They will be responsible for defining the strategy and moving forward all strategic and tactical efforts.
