Clover Health, Data-Driven Health Insurance Company, Hires Shelby Stemkoski as Senior Stock and Compensation Analyst

Clover Health, a health insurance company aiming to improve the overall state of healthcare in America by leveraging the power of technology and data, has appointed Shelby Stemkoski as Senior Stock and Compensation Analyst. Clover Health partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.

In her new role, Shelby will help build out Clover Health’s compensation practice, and partner with Human Resources (HR) and business leaders to help ensure Clover stays competitive within the total rewards space. She will report to the VP Total Rewards and Operations, Michele Lodin.

Shelby joins Clover Health from Sprinklr, where she served as a Senior Compensation Analyst. There she benchmarked jobs against market-based compensation survey data, and set up and maintained salary ranges, bonus plans and equity ranges for all jobs. She also evaluated job requirements for each role against survey data to ensure the company is competitive in all areas of compensation. Prior to Sprinklr, Shelby worked at Pure Storage as Sales Compensation Analyst, managing the end-to-end process of administering and distributing compensation plans for a global sales organization of over 1,600 employees, including new hires and transfers. Stemkoski holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University.
