The executive will have the opportunity to work remotely or be based in one of the company’s U.S. east coast offices (NY, Philadelphia, DC area), or its other major location in London, U.K. The new human resources (HR) leader will be responsible for developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy aligned with Cello’s long-term ambition for growth in support of the overall business plan. This leader will develop and manage strategies and processes to allow the talent acquisition function to scale in size, geography, complexity, and expertise as the organization continues to grow.
