Cello Health, a global life sciences advisory firm focused on improving patient health by accelerating and optimizing access to medical advances, has appointed Dave Reagan as Global Director of Talent Acquisition. Cello Health partnered with Frederickson Partners on the executive search.
In his role as Global Director of Talent Acquisition (TA), Reagan will design and implement consistent, cross-functional approaches to identify, engage and hire the best talent across the organization. As the company embarks on rapid growth, he will be tasked with building in-house capabilities of the talent acquisition team to limit reliance on external vendors. Reagan will report to the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca Hyde, and work arm-in-arm with executives across the business to define what the talent acquisition strategy will look like both currently and in the future.
Reagan joins Cello Health from Accenture, where he served as Head of TA, Life Sciences. There, he led recruiting for all senior and management level positions, built out the company’s first College Recruiting Program and helped relaunch their Employee Referral Program. Prior to Accenture, Reagan worked at Sungard Availability Services for 11 years, performing different roles within the talent acquisition function. His earlier positions include Recruiting Manager at Coldwell Banker Preferred and Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Main Line Personnel Services. Reagan holds a degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
