The executive will be based in Pleasanton, CA but can be located anywhere, and will report to the Head of Human Resources of the company. The new HR leader will lead both Leadership Development initiatives and the HR Business Partner function and be responsible for strengthening Blackhawk Network’s existing performance and talent management framework. In addition, this executive will work on introducing new ways to elevate employee engagement, career development, and recognition.
