This executive can be based in the Emeryville, CA headquarters or in the upcoming New York City Meat-Packing District office or Miami, FL office, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid remote model. The new human resources (HR) leader will report to the company’s Chief People Officer and will drive the company’s total rewards strategy and tactics with an innovative approach and a continuous improvement mindset, to build and evolve the current total rewards philosophy and programs.
