The executive will be based in their new 77,000 square foot Vancouver, Washington headquarters, and report directly to the company’s CEO. The CPO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the People & Experience (HR) function, and be a member of Absci’s executive leadership team. As CPO, they will design and implement processes that meet the needs of the organization, are consistent with the company’s values and culture, and support Absci’s planned growth.
