Greg von der Linden is a Principal at Frederickson Partners. As a deeply experienced HR executive, Greg leverages his significant experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Talent Acquisition Leader, and executive leader in the financial services, insurance, and technology industries, to help match clients with a superior slate of candidates for each role. He has successfully placed candidates at Proofpoint, LendingTree, Telesign, Absci, Freenome and Go1.
Greg previously worked as the Executive Vice President (VP) and CHRO for Opus Bank (Nasdaq: PPBI), leading all aspects of HR including HR business partners, talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, HRIS and compensation. He started his career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
Greg holds a B.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a volunteer career coach for VetCTAP, a program that helps military personnel transition to today’s workplace. During his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, working out, hiking the hills by his home, and building and fixing things.
