Caroline Steadham is a Senior Executive Search Associate at Frederickson Partners. She works with the executive search team and clients to schedule interviews and meetings, produce search reports and manage candidate pipeline throughout the entire search process. During her time at Frederickson she has played a key role at placing candidates at Terumo, Neiman Marcus, Achieve, Cape Analytics, Synaptics and Public Storage. Prior to joining Frederickson, Caroline served as Human Resources Coordinator for HealthPlanOne. There she was responsible for leading the onboarding process, conducting audits, and completing ad-hoc reports, company engagements and distribution of compensation plans. Some of Caroline’s earlier roles include Designated Hitter at Walgreens and Human Resources Intern at The Kennedy Center Inc.
Caroline holds a B.S. in Business Management with a Human Resources minor from the Sacred Heart University. There she was member of the Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society where she grew her professional network. Caroline is based in Shelton, Connecticut. One of her favorite activities to do on the weekend is to travel to the Bronx to go to Yankees games, and to the New Haven area for pizza. She also enjoys volunteering with her alumni association, going out on long walks with her dog and spending time with her family.
