Shari Davis is part of the Executive Search team at Frederickson Partners, and manages our candidate research and sourcing group. Shari has been involved in almost every key search Frederickson has done in the past few years including those for Mars, Rakuten, Klaviyo, Nubank, Bluberi, CAA, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Grail, Asana, Neiman Marcus and many others. Shari has over 30 years of experience in full cycle executive search, recruiting and sourcing, having previously worked in legal executive search, where she placed attorneys in Fortune 100 companies and top-tier law firms worldwide.
After obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, Shari co-owned and ran a successful chiropractic practice before moving into executive search. Originally from New York, Shari lives in Delray Beach, FL near her adult son where in her spare time she focuses on health and wellbeing. She enjoys spending time at the beach, spinning on her Peloton, swimming, playing the cello, film, music and supporting dog rescue.
