Carolyn (CJ) Mione is a Talent Director and Principal in the Executive Search team at Frederickson Partners with over 15 years of experience in HR, leadership and people development across multiple industries. With deep expertise and exceptional understanding of talent and organizational development, she has led executive searches with Community Solutions, Profisee, InfoTrack, Kraken, Freedom Financial, Rakuten, Informatica and NYC Health + Hospitals.
CJ Mione joined from Baptist Health South Florida, where she served in the role of HR Manager of Organizational Development and Training of Health System Solutions. During this time, she and her team designed and assembled the building blocks for organizational excellence, creating and implementing strategies, programs and processes from mission, vision, and values to performance management, succession planning and a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) program. CJ also managed HR, talent development and organizational development in positions at BenefitMall (formerly CompuPay), World Fuel Services, American Express and AT&T Wireless.
CJ earned a B.S. in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, as well as a Talent Management Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Certification in Training and HR Development from Florida International University College of Business. Outside of work, she is an active member of ATD and SHRM. While not working, CJ enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and her new rescued Beauceron named Koda, traveling, boating, and home improvement projects.
