Rachel Kang is a Client Services Associate at Frederickson Partners. She is part of the sales cycle from acquisition until clients are handed off to the search team. In her role, she coordinates internally to make sure all new client information is transferred from one team to another, prepares material for prospective clients, captures sales development data and is also involved in lead generation activities. Prior to joining Frederickson, Rachel served as a Talent Coordinator at Adaptive Biotechnologies, a pioneer and leader in immune-driven medicine. There she supported recruiting operations by coordinating candidate interviews, new hire offers and background checks. Other positions Rachel has held previously include Creative Assistant at Accent Creatives, Clinical Research Coordinator at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and practicing Certified Nursing Assistant at Seattle Children’s and Merrill Gardens.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Washington. She is based in Seattle, WA and during her free time enjoys snowboarding, dancing, knitting, painting and playing the bass. On the weekends, Rachel also likes to explore the city with her retired racing greyhound, Mac.
