Jim holds a bachelors degree in Advertisement with a specialization in Communication Sales from Michigan State University and is a certified Professional Resume Writer. He currently lives in the Cleveland area with his wife Kaitlyn, son Hudson and dog Winnie. Outside of work, you will find Jim hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with his family or spending a day out on the golf course.
