Beth Ann Namey was recruited by Valerie Frederickson in 2015 and has held various roles with the company, most notably the promotion to Partner, Executive Search in 2021. Her excellent track record collaborating with innovative startups and enterprises provides her with expertise in technology and many other sectors. She has worked on hundreds of HR leadership searches with U.S. and global-based companies in a wide range of industries, focusing on Chief Human Resource Officers, Chief People Officers, and Heads of People as well as building out verticals in Talent, Total Rewards and HR Business Partner functions. Clients she has worked with include Workday, NuBank, Playvox, Realtor.com, Northwestern Mutual, Waymo, New Relic, X the moonshot factory, Western Digital, Rakuten USA, Relativity Space, GRAIL, Klaviyo, Beyond Identity and The Nature Conservancy.
At the end of 2020, Beth Ann led Frederickson’s expansion into the Southeast U.S. and Latin America, re-locating to Nashville, Tennessee to open the company’s Southeast regional hub.
Earlier in her professional career, Beth Ann was an accomplished professional ballet dancer and coach and served as a union representative, and on the negotiation committee for the American Guild of Musical Artists. There she took part in contract work, business development advisory, public relations, and human resources acting as liaison between the dancers and management. Beth Ann graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College of California.
