Elizabeth Downer Joins Fast-Growing Fintech Company Tipalti as Head of Talent Acquisition

In the new role, Downer will help Tipalti continue on its high-growth trajectory by driving the company’s talent acquisition. As a tech double unicorn, Tipalti recently received a round of $150 million in funding, raising its total valuation to over $2 billion. As Head of TA, Downer’s mandate is to design and implement cross-functional approaches to identify, engage and hire the best and brightest talent globally for the organization.

Downer joins Tipalti from Bill.com where she was Vice President of TA. Her previous HR executive positions include three years at Facebook as Recruiting Director, with earlier roles at Google and Excite@Home. Downer studied economics at Stanford University.
