Recruiting Coordinator

Lexy Holmes is a Recruiting Coordinator at Frederickson Partners. She works with the executive search team and clients to schedule interviews and meetings, produce search reports, and manage candidate pipeline throughout the entire search process. Prior to joining Frederickson, Lexy worked as Senior Onboarding Specialist for RMS Computer Corporation. She also served as an Audit Associate at KPMG, where she coordinated with the audit team to set engagement objectives, develop audit strategies and recognize risk, to ensure compliance with the PCAOB and AICPA professional standards. She held an internship at KPMG while she was working towards her bachelor’s degree. In addition to her background in audit processes, Lexy has extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.

Lexy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from St. John’s University in New York. During her studies Lexy also worked in the Division of Student Affairs for four years, where she received various awards for excellent service and promotions due to her exceptional performance. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to Broadway plays, comedy shows and restaurants in New York City.
