Alexandra Arguello is the Director of Operations at Frederickson Partners where she works closely with our CEO, Valerie Frederickson, and leads all business administration including accounting, FP&A, human resources, IT and legal. Alex and her team also support our executive leaders on financial reporting and special projects. She initially joined Frederickson as a consultant to help transition the retiring CFO and upgrade the firm’s functions. Alex’s accounting experience includes long-term work for numerous HNWI/Family Home Offices for venture capitalists and philanthropists. She has worked in various industries including HR, real estate, construction, technology, nonprofit, and healthcare.
Alex earned an A.A. in Accounting from Cañada College, and a B.S. in Business Management from Menlo College, graduating summa cum laude. She and her husband live in Menlo Park and have a daughter and a son. Alex is active in the local school district, leading Art in Action programs, and is a leader in Scouts.
