Ben Taylor joined our firm over eight years ago after a career in physical therapy, helping clients achieve their life goals. At Frederickson Partners, Ben has managed the marketing and client services functions before becoming an all-around executive team member. Ben then moved onto the Executive Search team where he managed the organization’s manages, schedulers and search coordinators, recruited and selected all new hires for Frederickson, and served as the Chief of Staff. Now as Partner, Client Services, Ben manages business development and also co-leads our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Search practice, providing our clients with all-around DEI thought leadership. He has co-authored many presentations on HR thought leadership and DEI.
Some of Ben’s notable clients include Facebook, Gartner, Intel, IBM, GE Digital, Sprinklr, and a number of mission-based organizations such as the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, The Nature Conservancy, and El Camino Hospital.
Ben Taylor was born and raised in Menlo Park, CA but now lives in Santa Monica, CA where he leads our Southern California search practice. Ben has a BS in Physical Therapy from University of Oregon. Outside of work, Ben is an avid sports fan and enjoys listening to podcasts, riding his longboard, and weekend getaways.
