What began as an informal networking group for CHROs last Fall has now evolved into a monthly nationwide conference call for senior HR leaders to discuss topics ranging from executive compensation trends to beginning the journey to a corporate Board seat. Most recently, Skip Schipper, CHRO at Yext, who began his executive residencies at PepsiCo and Microsoft, then led Groupon and Twitter through their growth stages, lent his expertise and advice to the group. |

On a recent trip to her hometown, Partner Michele Li met with global early stage venture capital investor and innovation agency, Fresco Capital. She quickly found that their portfolio’s most significant pain points were around attracting top talent during growth. After a meeting of the minds, the idea for the Founders Forum emerged.
